2. Usage Terms

By creating an account and using Tradearium, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
• Not upload malicious files or files that contain others' personal information without consent
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not use automated tools to access the service without prior written permission

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed via cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. By making a purchase you acknowledge:

• Prices are displayed in USD; crypto equivalent is calculated at time of payment
• Subscriptions grant access for the specified duration (typically 30 days)
• Single analysis attempts do not expire
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support for assistance
• We are not responsible for cryptocurrency transaction fees or exchange rate fluctuations

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. You may also request account deletion at any time by contacting us through the contact form. Upon termination, your analysis history and stored data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tradearium is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis results. In no event shall Tradearium, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
